Delivery Information

ExcessRx uses United State Postal Service (USPS) for the delivery of all orders within US. International orders are dispatched via Airmail. Parcels will be sent in plain and unmarked packaging to assure security and privacy. Orders will be dispatched promptly once order has been processed.

Domestic Shipping

Free Shipping Within United States:

We provide Free Shipping on all orders over $100 and Should have an United States delivery location.

United States orders will be delivered via registered post and will require a signature upon receipt:

• Please provide an address where someone will be available between 9am-5pm to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise a card will be left detailing the nearest local post office.

• Alternatively, please provide a work address if no one is home during business hours.

International Shipping

Estimated Timelines:

All our international orders will be dispatched by DHL via Airmail. Please allow up to 14 days for international Airmail delivery.

Delivery time does not include the time parcels may spend in the destination country’s customs service. All international orders may require a signature on delivery.

 

Order Tracking

Domestic orders will include a tracking number via email or via phone call. Customers are expected to receive the tracking numbers within 3-4 on the same day the order is dispatched from our warehouse.

Dispatch Delays

Orders will be dispatched within one business day providing all items are in stock. We do not send partial deliveries. Our customer service team will notify via email if there are any delays in the order. Please contact our customer service team via phone or email if you have any concerns with your order.
